Otherworldly Considerations is a blog where I share my dream of becoming a writer with every like-minded fantasy-obsessed dreamer. It is a space for my short and long writing projects, most of which belong to the fantasy genre. I also focus on the results of many years of worldbuilding of different worlds: presenting the magic systems and the mythologies of my creations. There will also be room for consideration of creation myths and other interesting facts about ancient niche traditions.

I’m an aspiring writer who loves the fantasy genre in all its aspects. My life, up until now, has been a constant of living in a place until it gets too small and the craving for adventure brings me elsewhere. I grew up in the beautiful and underrated city of Brescia, in northern Italy. After a few years in Beijing, I returned to Italy, moving to Venice, where I lived for three years. Now, I’m based in The Netherlands, but I will soon find a new land to explore and call home.
I’ve studied Chinese language and culture for many years, and now I’m finally putting my knowledge into practice as an editor and translator for a brilliant publishing house.
I am currently working on many projects. Alongside many short stories, I am writing my first book, a dark fantasy journey of a lost man through a world devastated by an unknown disease of cosmic origin.
Other things that I am passionate about: table-top role-playing games, board games, languages (I’m currently learning German), and giving voices and personalities to each of my partner’s staffed animals.
